Modern life, both personal and professional, places extraordinary demands on people. The the amount and pace of change, along the uncertainty and instability inherent in that leave most people overwhelmed and feeling in over their heads.

Developmental coaching is a way of coaching that supports vertical development, i.e., the successive stages of maturity through which adult can grow during their lifespan. Based on the pioneering work of Dr. Robert Kegan at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, developmental coaching is grounded in constructive-developmental theory which details both the measurable, qualitative differences in these developmental stages and how one might move towards a later, more mature stage.
