Professional Coaching
Coaching is a sustained conversation, a generative dialogue between fellow human beings that helps a person discover where they stand and what they stand for. Through reflection and insight this conversation is meant to open new possibilities for learning, action, and growth. The result is a well-lived and meaningful life.
I am the cofounder and former Executive Director of the Professional Coach Training Program (PCCP) at Duquesne University. Within the PCCP, I developed the Mindfulness for Coaches course and continue to teach Executive and Leader Coaching. I am also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
